Every crisis also has a positive, we used this time to implement various projects.

• Introduction of a new quality management system. This system allows us to gather information from claims so we can find better solutions and reduce the amount of claims in future.
• Digitalisation of business processes which include a document management system, first steps for a connection into our merchandise management system, introduction of MDE and BDE, the purchase of CAD/CAM Solution
• Measurement system to measure and certify the quality of our machined components
• Introduction of the 5S methodology
• Video conferencing (Zoom) with customers and home office employees
